Once you’ve put your name down for the group sessions, we’ll send out emails/texts for when the next available session is going to take place. Surf conditions change all the time, so it’s not possible to plan very far into the future, but we’ll be in touch each step of the way!

Feel free to bring anything you like! We recommend sunscreen, something to eat and drink, and your own wetsuit. We might have some surfboards available to give out, but it’s first come fist serve!

We’re happy to give lifts to whoever signs up first but we won’t know how many cars we’ll have. Best to make your own arrangements. However, when you fill out the message section in your booking, it’d be fab if you let us know if you’re willing to drive and take passengers. Maybe you’ll get a coffee out of it… who knows?

We have some boards (and getting more) that we’re happy to give out. Otherwise, ask your mates or if there’s a surf school where we’re going, they all have rentals.

We don’t take any online card payments yet, we’re still thinking of the best way to do it. Right now, we’re just taking direct bank transfers because it’ll be safer for you and for us! Our business account is registered with ANZ and we’ll send you the account number once we receive your order.

Absolutely. We’re always here to lend an ear but please note that we do not offer medical advice yet. We’re working to onboard licensed therapists. If you need professional help, please call your doctor or one of the numbers listed on our Contact page. 

If any of our clothing merch doesn’t fit or has a defect, of course we’ll take it back and either replace or refund you.

Yup, we’ve bought both www.therawsurfer.com and www.therawsurfer.co.nz domains. Were hosted on BlueHost servers so you’ll always end up at the .com! Don’t worry, it’s all legit.
